French Polynesia

Bora Bora is a quiet island and beautiful island that is part of the Society Islands of French Polynesia. Perhaps one of the most secluded islands on the planet, with no poisonous insects or snakes, and is a remarkably unpolluted place. A dream holiday destination with stunning coconut tree fringed turquoise waters and white sandy beachs, it is popular with honeymooners and holidaymakers alike. This volcanic island (now extinct) is surrounded by a giant coral reef and has been inhabited since the ninth century. The locals are really friendly and rumour has it that if you place a flower behind your left ear, it is an indication that you have someone special if your life, whereas if it is placed behind your right ear Bora natives will probably flirt with you. The island is surrounded my many small islets that include Moto Tapu and Motu Ahuna.
